You may provide us with information about your diet, eating habits, fasting regimen, coffee and alcohol consumption, recreational substance use, and prescribed medication. We use this information to assess your nutritional and substance use habits and to provide you with recommendations to improve your wellbeing.
You may provide us with information about your sleep habits, including your sleep habits and quality, and electronic devices before going to sleep or shortly after waking up. We use this information to assess your sleep habits and to provide you with recommendations to improve your wellbeing.
You may provide us with information about your physical wellbeing, including any chronic pain, fatigue, energy levels, exercise habits, or other self-care habits. We use this information to assess your physical wellbeing and to provide you with recommendations and to improve your wellbeing.
You may provide us with information about your mental wellbeing and history, including your anxiety, stressors, life experiences, focus levels, mood, fatigue, and related information about your mental wellbeing and work performance. We use this information to assess your mental wellbeing and to provide you with recommendations and to improve your wellbeing.
