Website Privacy Policy

Our Commitment to Privacy

At Autonomic, we believe understanding the brain begins with trust.

Our mission is to help people better understand the relationship between their brain and their behaviour. That requires us to protect personal information with the same care and responsibility we apply to the science and technology behind our platform.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you. It applies to our website, the Autonomic Intelligence Platform, our applications, research activities, and any products or services we provide (collectively, the "Platform").

Our approach to privacy is guided by a few simple principles:

  • We use de-identified information whenever practical to advance scientific research and improve the Platform.
  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We believe individuals should understand how their information supports their experience and remain informed about the choices available to them.

The Autonomic Intelligence Platform combines Artificial Intelligence Systems with Human Validation to help deliver a safe, reliable, and personalized experience.

Artificial Intelligence assists in generating recommendations, identifying patterns, and supporting platform operations. Crisis and Safety Situations

Autonomic is not an emergency service, crisis hotline, healthcare provider, or substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

If we reasonably believe there is a risk of serious harm to a user or another person, we may review relevant information and take reasonable steps to help protect safety.

Depending on the circumstances and where permitted or required by law, these steps may include:

  • Escalating information for additional review.
  • Recommending appropriate support resources.
  • Contacting a designated institutional representative.
